It came flat packed and item description stated it was fully assembled, box it was in was dropping to bits, one end of box was completely open with the furniture sticking out, stated condition as checked over and good, was a mark on one of seat cushions, item description stated 5 back cushions, was only 3. I have tried to contact seller regarding these issues but no reply. Really looking forward to new garden furniture coming, DISGUSTED
