    The puppy hat arrived in perfect condition and was brand new as described. It was carefully packaged in tissue paper and placed into a mailer. The shipping cost was reasonable and it was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. I think this was a good value as little dog hats can be difficult to find and this one is from a year or two ago. I'm thrilled with my purchase and how well it fits my pup!
