    Contacted seller about returning items, as they are not as described and I am unable to use them. Seller had not answered my question about a return and therefore I am left with two items I cannot use.

    Hello, I did reply I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. The two items were described accurately, you messaged to say that you think you purchased the wrong model because the main seat canopies do not attached to the forward facing seats you bought from me. I replied to say the main seat canopies cannot attach to the carrycot frame, you need carrycot canopies, I also said for the return you would be responsible for shipping them back and to log a return. I never recieved a return request.
