  This is my first time dealing with this seller & I am very happy with him. My order arrived very early, but was the wrong item received, so this seller immediately found & resent my order again, but with no return label for sending the wrong item back to him. I contacted him in its regards & he informed me to keep it as well at no extra charge to me whatsoever. I am a very happy buyer & couldn’t ask for any better seller online to ever deal with.   Shipping was timely and cost efficient. As described. Box damaged in 2 corner but Packaging was excellent. Electronic mother board was wrapped 3 times Then packed in 3 inch thick styrofoam fitting box. No space was unfilled. Much better than expected. Value was preserved. Electronic was well protected from any damage that might occur. Arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. Will not hesitate in using this merchant again.

  We did not have any bad experiences with this seller. The water tank was as described and fits into the machine we got it for. Adam was sure to let us know that it did not come with a lid so it was clear. We got the package in good timing. It was well packaged with Styrofoam and he sent a little note along with it. It was a nice touch. I am not sure if we will buy from him again but he does have a lot of variety. If we need any random thing I'm sure we will check in here to see if he has it.

  Huge box with a sword in it came pretty quick and in great condition! Item was pristine. When they say BRAND NEW they mean it. Packaging was good. Lots of cardboard and styrofoam. Price was very fair as was the shipping. Highly recommend this seller!
