be careful!! The seller cheated me out of $52.04. He refuses to cover the return shipping costs. But stated this in its return policy. Caution!!! be careful with this seller. Ebay & I sent him lots of messages.. He deliberately refuses!

Buyer is from Germany and eBay told me he would be responsible for return shipping cost. I still do not understand how he got the return when my listings state no return on international shipping.
