    The seller was very helpful with my enquiry. They explained in their t and c’s that I was to check the item when delivered before signing for it. The delivery agent dumped it in our bin cupboard with nobody at home. Someone could have stolen the item. Fortunately we have a ring doorbell so I knew it had been delivered so went home to put it in the house. My 14 days return started on Monday the 16th of December. I am trying to get the part fitted over Christmas.
