NOT AS DESCRIBED, SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! Cheap made, not worth the money. Tried to cut through a piece of rope (5mm thick) but the handle bent together and the jaws overlaped Cheap casted iron, not proper steel. The jaws didn't meet in the first place anyway. At the end got straight to the bin...
