    Great seller exactly as described . described as not working prior to dispatch seller contacted to advise that item was listed as not working and was given the option to cancel . wrong item was sent I contacted seller on the day the item was received and the correct item was sent very quickly . I appreciate things can go wrong and only judge a companyy by how well they handle the problem . I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and commend them for their first class customer service

    Just as described by seller regarding pre-owned repairable item of good condition, value, quality and appearance. Very easily repaired by myself in a matter of minutes and now in first class working order. Shame the seller couldn't be bothered to package the item properly in a box for postage, instead of sending the item in "CLING FILM"!!! Very shoddy attitude seller!

    Overall good value purchase & communication, although description not accurate as said new other, but although in good condition it had been used. Messaged to check I knew it didn't have a charger so I bought a charger for another £10, but then it had 2 chargers when arrived. Description also said it came with hedge trimmer but didn't.
