  Great seller exactly as described . described as not working prior to dispatch seller contacted to advise that item was listed as not working and was given the option to cancel . wrong item was sent I contacted seller on the day the item was received and the correct item was sent very quickly . I appreciate things can go wrong and only judge a companyy by how well they handle the problem . Postage was reasonable, Packed in its original box (some extra waterproof protection would do a better job. Fortunately it was not raining.) Item as it was described and shown.   Overall good value purchase & communication, although description not accurate as said new other, but although in good condition it had been used. Messaged to check I knew it didn't have a charger so I bought a charger for another £10, but then it had 2 chargers when arrived. Description also said it came with hedge trimmer but didn't.
