The seller didn't have the item in his position. Created a label so I don't cancel changed the status to dispatched and I have been waiting for 10 days for the delivery. I sent him messages and I got no response. It was urgent, he left my family without heat in December. He could have cancelled the action so I can buy from someone else . The item was ok, different from the photos, and well packed.
