I received the item in good time, and in good condition. Unfortunately, as I had explained to the seller, the item was the wrong one as advertised. The description indicated that the box car was in "O" gauge scale. IT was in fact "HO" scale. The seller advised that I could return it and get a refund. Surprisingly, on addressing ebay's survey, they allowed a refund and no return of the item! I could have returned the item to the seller. Maybe costs for parcel post was more than the item itself.
