    This seller is top notch and I will tell you why. I first sourced this haemoglobin tester on line with another company. After 21 days of waiting I emailed them and they said the units had just arrived in the country. Several days later it arrived with parts missing!!! But this seller got the unit to me in 2 days with everything included, very well packaged and much much cheaper. You will not get a better price.     I ordered the wrong item. Wanted tests for doge not humans. Came up in search for dog testing strips. Company very helpful and exchanged the strips though the pack was 25 instead of 100. They have also agreed to refund the price difference. Happy with company, service and communication. Just hope the refund arrives ok.
