As described. Buy from them frequently and always happy. My only issue on this occasion was Royal Mail messed up the delivery and my item took a whole week from dispatch to being received. The box despite sporting ‘this way up live animals inside’ on the box was left upside down and the contents all mixed up.
I’ve given 5 stars feedback on dispatch as it was dispatched quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail took 5 days to then deliver it despite the sender using a 48hour service.
