They were individually packaged in anti static bags, and looked brand new. Unfortunately, when testing I discovered that one of the IC’s wasn’t working correctly. I contacted the seller who responded quickly to my message. They didn’t have any more of the IC’s in stock so were happy to offer a refund. Overall I’m very pleased with this seller & would recommend them.

- a***m (50)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem was damaged on arrival showed how cheap it was the box was crushed so poor quality from that alone for a “protective” case colour looked fine but the seller was god awful probably a scam “take a step back” after refusing to either send a replacement or a full refund avoid this seller it appears to be a common thing with them just contact ebay if you need to return or refund no one wants a 60% refund

The box was damaged on arrival, but whether it was dispatched like that or if it was damaged in transit, I don't know. I hope it keeps working ok so I won't need to send it back. I will order from this supplier in the future.
