  Dreadful experience, top arrived in thin plastic bag, it was nothing like the picture online. Paper thin and inappropriately packaged wrapped inside the thin bag which was folded and taped so when I cut the tape it cut the top inside the bag. Returned item to seller, emailed several times but heard nothing and not received a refund.

  The packaging bags are the same, but a just different colour to those used by several of the largest retail outlets in the UK, Although this is just like every other company we strongly recommend NOT using scissors to cut open packaging in you described, as you have discovered that leads to the possibility of cutting the product inside. unfortunately both our warranty and also the manufacturers warranty does not cover having holes cut in the top by scissors.
