Because the item was poorly packaged, it was damaged in transit and some pieces were lost. I had to send it back (at my own expense). I asked for a replacement, but they just gave me a refund. So, a whole month later, I still don't have what I wanted, I'm short the cost of returning the item and will have to order it again elsewhere. But, they were genial and prompt in communication, so I'm generously calling it positive other than to include this report. A lesson learned, I hope.

Delivery was a day late, not uncommon on our island (Anglesey). Found the clamps useful but could do with stronger spring for some uses. No leaflet in the packet explaining how to use or what the extra plastic pieces were for. Distributor has been in touch to apologise. Good customer relations.
