Unbeknown to me it had been sent in a package with other goods with Evri, not Royal Mail as believed but I was unable to contact vendor via Ebay or tel to query this until I opened a case for non-arrival. It eventually arrived late with no explanation but this was the fault of Evri, not the seller.
