I ordered a set of 5 cartridges for my Epson WF-2935 printer - 2 black and one of each colour. They arrived quickly but unfortunately the red one was missing. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a red one to fulfil the order so full marks to them for this. I haven't yet installed the cartridges and when I use them I'll post further feedback.
