  Received bag it was not well wrapped it was in a plastic bag and squash into a hard plastic which bent bag. It was really small I sent it back thought it be bigger had to pay return postage they received bag 2 days ago back still no refund after it has been delivered messaged about it today no reply would not recommend buying from them will escalate case for refund

  Shoes arrived without Louboutin’s box , I was told they would have box and dust bags otherwise I wouldn’t have bought, several messages later and me saying i would return them, it was agreed to send the box, now makes me doubt if the shoes are genuine, why sell expensive shoes without the box, this is the short version of the situation/ conversation.
