    Unfortunately Artwork arrived bent because of extremely poor packaging. Postage was nearly twice the actual price it cost them.

    You were charged £5, the actual postage cost (via eBay was £3.45) and then add in the cost of the packaging and you are incorrect - add in my time and it undoubtedly cost me money! The item was protected with a sheet of stiff cardboard and sent in a strong A4 envelope.
