Seller was very quick to respond and whilst they were not able to send me what I ordered, they refunded £2 p+p and asked me to keep them item. A little bit unhappy because I needed two bags with , but couldn’t be bothered to make a fuss and was satisfied with their offer which I felt was acceptable

When I received this replacement - it still did not pressurise enough ! The problem was with the Monitor ! Therefore I had to 'throw' the Moitor and return the Cuff. The Seller immediately refunded me and asked me not to send it back and save the postage cost! A super action on the part of the Seller and very grateful to him. Well done Mr Seller. Peter C.
