Sellers add is not clearly stating needs a separate developer brought to go with the dye being sold.also tube took out of box and box tune came in flattened so both bits could be rammed in a small box to be sent.this caused the top of the tube to be damaged when received.but seller thinks this is acceptable.avoid buying from this person.very unprofessional and a bad attitude saying its a professional product and Its my fault for not reading small print.

Buyer never read description and applied tube of colour without mixing it with a developer. Demanded refund and when refused went on about my packaging. We have sold over 11k of this colour and pack the same way everyday! and never have an issue. This buyer obviously upset about not reading description before applying a professional hair color and it hasn't work for them. Small Print? It states on the 1st paragraph that a developer is needed.
