    My daughter needed the item for tomorrow for her school but we did not receive the item. It is really frastating that its taking a week to deliver an item. I'm not putting any bad rating but just to inform that I'm really disappointed with the service. I know you might drop the finger on Evri but I know how it works. Thanks

    I am very sorry but you are right, this is due to the delivery company and once the item leaves me I cannot guarantee the delivery date as it is only an estimated date. All couriers can have delays and I can only apologise that this delivery did not reach you in time.
