Didn't send item, and then pressured me to close the eBay case to avoid their obligations saying: "Important: If you would like the replacement, please close your case within 24 hours. If the case remains open, a refund will be issued automatically." I received an incorrect, low cost item that may have been from them in the meantime, but they haven't confirmed that the item was or wasn't sent. Avoid this seller. Now dealing with credit card dispute.

  Never received this item due to it apparently being lost in the mail, dont think it was ever sent. Was happy to wait for a new one to be sent on 20/07 but when I followed up on 21/07 they cut and paste the same message from the from the original and said it would now be the 05/08. Communication was okay and refund has been received. My guess is i bought the product at a $67.99 and now their $99.99. Screenshots attached
