When asking when they will be dispatched the seller says to 'just wait' it was evident that we were waiting for their delivery before they dispatched them. Had this been said we would have been happy to wait but instead kept being told to 'wait' or messages were ignored. Secondly, the seller repeatedly asks to handle the return outside of the eBay procedure and isn’t cooperative. After spending an hour with eBay customer service I managed for them to give me a return label but the seller had the wrong address configured which triggered yet another issue. This bag is usable, but it's a little loose (which can be solved).
