    Little to no communication after waiting 7 working days for these to be dispatched. When asking when they will be dispatched the seller says to 'just wait' it was evident that we were waiting for their delivery before they dispatched them. Had this been said we would have been happy to wait but instead kept being told to 'wait' or messages were ignored. Whilst I am happy with the levers I highly recommend not buying from the seller unless happy to wait ages for the items to arrive.

    Much sorry for that delay shipping, not only our packages, recently, there have been some delays in package processing due to certain reasons

    Complicated seller. First of all the product as it is doesn’t work, even considering I’m using genuine brompton parts. Secondly, the seller repeatedly asks to handle the return outside of the eBay procedure and isn’t cooperative. After spending an hour with eBay customer service I managed for them to give me a return label but the seller had the wrong address configured which triggered yet another issue. Postage also took 8 days.
