    Due to courier mishandling the package product arrived broken...the seller however responded to me immediately & issued a refund that day I cannot fault the seller at all. I had a lovely response from them that went above & beyond! They had packaged the item carefully & labelled it fragile. It was obviously damaged during delivery process.     It's not about the item, but the service by "AgeUKSheffield", there was a cable missing in the box. I just mentioned it and Joseph (E-commerce person) right away understood why I was asking due to description. There were no fuss, nothing got a simple cable next day, all set to go. It's just feel more welcoming to the person buying. I did checkout their charity later, will be contributing to their efforts. Thank you all.
