    Ordered a white dispenser at the outset. Received a Silver coloured one, that also had a scratch on the front face. Messaged the seller regarding the incorrect colour but received no response. Messaged again after a couple of days, this time included details and photos regarding the scratch. I hadn’t noticed the scratch until the dispenser was fully unpacked. Still no response from seller. Chatted online to eBay and was advised to go through the returns process. This was dealt with quickly.

    Out of date - I cheeked the serial number. And, the seller never responded to my request. EBay had to step in and refund me. It took 12 days for the item to arrive despite the fact that I requested many times a refund. I never left a bad feedback- this is the very first time. The mascara ended in the bin! Sad that this seller had to put me through so much stress for no reason. I thank eBay for stepping in and resolving the matter. Horrid experience.
