    arrived after 10 days wrong item i explained this straight away took 2 days to get an answer slow walked it for a week several emails later sent me an adress lable to send to a customer then said for me to make a return request getting me to jump through hoops to get arefund not happy with this supplier 18 days without a phone battery

    Out of date - I cheeked the serial number. And, the seller never responded to my request. EBay had to step in and refund me. It took 12 days for the item to arrive despite the fact that I requested many times a refund. I never left a bad feedback- this is the very first time. The mascara ended in the bin! Sad that this seller had to put me through so much stress for no reason. I thank eBay for stepping in and resolving the matter. Horrid experience.
