Delivery took ages. Poor communication. Phone replacement battery was posted as opened but NEVER USED. It arrived poorly packed with the glue stuck to the bag which made it unable to be sticked properly. When I asked why, seller said the battery was used for few days to check it. I'm sorry but it was listed as NEVER USED, not USED FOR FEW DAYS. At this point I have not way to check if it was used for few days, months or years. No communion back afterwards

The container was too light in the weight, I couldn’t open the lid unless I used the back of a spoon, the label on the base was in the wrong place… It’s all fake fake fake. I could be putting poison on my skin, how do I know? I wouldn’t touch it. I want it to go back. I want to complete refund.. Fakes should not be allowed to be sold! It’s a possible health hazard

I received an Item that was either fake, or the wrong item. It is a shimmer blush, however they sent a Matt version. You can judge the images yourself. One on the left is this seller’s item, on the right is the real deal. I returned it using the seller’s return label. On January 12th, the seller said they had issued a refund, but ebay has confirmed they didn’t. Pretty disappointed! Can’t recommend this seller.
