  Amazing!!!! Ordered a custom size rug and therefore had to contact the company directly to ensure it was possible. Replied very quickly and were polite and accommodating. After ordering the custom sized rug it arrived, from India to the UK, in under a week and fits perfectly. Very reasonably priced for such a large handmade rugs. Beautiful to look at and feels nice underfoot. Arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Just brilliant all round!!!!!!

  Exactly as described: colours, size, quality. Thank you so much, it's beautiful! It said it would arrive by the 22nd so it was 2 days late, but that's alright - just as I was reporting to eBay it hadn't arrived, the delivery person came knocking. I don't think the seller could do anything about it after it was sent anyway. Came with instructions on how to care for the rug and properly packed.
