    My order of xs clay handi arrived promptly today as expected, the seller provided a royal mail tracking number which was really helpful. It was well packaged.     Wrong item sent. A heavy box of set of 3 casserole dishes with specified pattern. Seller offered return or partial refund. Turns out buyer pays return postage which considering not buyers fault is unreasonable, as would cost a good part of original price paid. Not to be recommended. Nothing wrong with item just not the one ordered.

    The quality was not what I ordered, the condition was not what I ordered, the value was not what I ordered, the appearance was definitely NOT what I ordered, overall a bad experience with this seller, I sent them a number of messages without any response, so I asked ebay to step in and returned the item that I did not order, just a very bad service all round
