Items did not fit the metal carriage so were faulty. This seller wants me to pay for postage to send a faulty item back. Communication is awful and now I do not trust seller if I send them back, the items are very nice they just do not fit together so will be dangerous with hot food in them. I will send photographs to trading standards and I advise no one to buy these,

Terrible experience, faulty items - one cracked the other leaked. Seller initially suggested I “use thread” (?!) to stop the tap leaking saying this had worked for them so clearly aware it was faulty?! I tried to resolve amicably suggesting a 50% refund (more than civil given both items unusable) but seller never responded so after multiple attempts to contact I sadly had to escalate through eBay. I’m not one to leave negative feedback but this really was an awful experience :(
