Arrived on schedule, the packaging was cleverly done. It ensured minimal risk of denting the box. The product itself still had the seals intact and new, as described. The controller is a bit wobbly once inserted into the switch, but I'll take that issue up with the manufacturer directly if it continues to bother me. Royal Mail left the package unattended even after they were sent a request no to do so. Also alternative safe place was given which they ignored. As partially expected, high value item left unattended got stolen. Seller was very quick to respond, helpful, and very quick to come up with an alternative solution. Other items ordered from the same seller arrived as expected as a PIN was required and courier couldn't leave item unattended. The courier did try take a peek inside the packaging! 🤣
