Royal Mail left the package unattended even after they were sent a request no to do so. Also alternative safe place was given which they ignored. As partially expected, high value item left unattended got stolen. Seller was very quick to respond, helpful, and very quick to come up with an alternative solution. Other items ordered from the same seller arrived as expected as a PIN was required and courier couldn't leave item unattended. The courier did try take a peek inside the packaging! 🤣
