  Vendor did an excellent job, the UPS dropped my item at the wrong part of the state and it just sat there for days and days. Thanks to Anna's excellent communication she assured me that it will move along through the system. There was no excuse for the UPS failure to deliver this item to my proper distribution center, the label was as clear as the sunshine. These are good people to deal with, nothing but praise for you.

  Received item, not as pictued or described. Made contact. Got sorry & try to resolve asap. They would do nothing until pics were sent. No offer to check their shipping department to confirm anything. No response on receiving pics. Multiple emails requesting a response. Received nothing. Tried contacting EBay, sent message, got response tks we will use this to help improve service, no reply ending. Both were useless. EBay will not clean house, needs to. Poor service @ both ends
