Arrived in a plastic with a bit of bubble-wrap looking like it had been run down by a 40 ton truck and unserviceable .Contacted seller for a replacement and they did give an apology. Don’t know it was a language barrier but took several further exchanges and some time to establish a replacement unit was not available and to get a refund which was made. A shame because even smashed into numerous pieces it looked like a well made unit.
