Categorically asked for item not a refund, item was never taken to post as evidently looks like they listed at incorrect price not that I should be at any disadvantage, rather than say this they initiated a refund after we waiting over a week past the delivery date, ignored my concerns and didn’t acknowledge the error. Poor service and evidently reposted the same listing at £28.99 as opposed to £16 - I will make a point now on going elsewhere - massive time waster

I wish I had looked at the feed back priority to this purchase. It appears that this seller advertises items at a low price then says there has been a problem with delivery and suggests they refund you and you then reorder at a much higher price. What a con. Steer clear
