    the buyer did not read the listing properly. The listing stated 1 sample to try and was not a whole pack of 9 for 3,99. so we sent a single one out. please return back and we will issue a full refund

    The seller sent item without paying postage, even though it said free post? I had to pay extra charge at Royal mail sorting office otherwise they wouldn’t release the parcel. To add to the issue, it wasn’t the product that was listed ( not the eco ones anyway) seller was insisting that I swapped the item out and refused to refund . Had to contact eBay CS which was a lengthy process. Whos got time for all this drama over air fryer liners please.!

    Sellers beware of this buyer. He is not stating the truth. We sent the correct item it was the original Eco air fryer liners but the buyer refused to believe that. we asked for a picture of the item received but we did not receive it. another untruth is the buyer stated that we swapped the item which we did not do and this did not reflect in the messaging. in the end the buyer received a full refund. in summary a terrible experience with this buyer for such a low priced item.

    Unfortunately, the original order did not have sufficient postage to cover the item as the bag was wide and blown up with air, so I had to pay a fine of £3.50 to collect the item, taking the total cost which I had to pay for the bags from £6.99 to £10.49, through no fault of mine. I paid what was asked by the seller on his listing and I would not have bought the bags if I had been charged £10.49 for them.
