  I ordered babe tape in hair and one package was the wrong color and all 3 packages were already open. The tapes were tacky and seemed very used! I reached out to the seller and they told me that they were open packages and that they re-taped them due to age! Like what??? They said to return but My hair appointment was the same day! They won’t refund which is so wrong. Very disappointed and please do not order hair from them. THERE IS A REASON ITS CHEAPER UGH

  I CUT MY HAIR VERY SHORT & needed a wig for a wedding in a week Noticed this delivery was 2 to 3 days. I contacted the seller on Sunday before, said by Wednesday I would receive it. 6 days, it stayed, not moving from UPS in IL, I contacted the seller, but nothing happened. Wedding came. Wig did not come till 10 days later. Point is buy a wig from local store. I was very disappointed , I returned wig, he got it 3 days later n refunded $

  Hello, Yes i am sorry this happened. We shipped by the post office and sometimes this happens. We shipped your order on the saturday you ordered. Refund was made when you returned the item. Wish there was more we could have done. Take care
