Unfortunately, the item wasn’t new as described by the seller. The box contained brown paper as filler instead of the original packaging, so it had definitely been opened before. However, the product works as described, contains all parts as stated on the packaging, and the seller accepted my bid, so I can’t complain too much. The seller takes quite a bit of time to ship the item, but the shipping speed once it’s sent out is good.

The diorama arrived new and completely sealed, which is amazing seeing as these are discontinued and nearly eight years old! On top of that, it arrived in only a week after it was posted, and on top of that, it arrived more than a month early! Seller communication was great, I was sent messages explaining the process upon purchase and when it was shipped. Super happy with this seller, I would definitely recommend.
