  Straight after purchase I realised the colour I ordered would clash with the curtains so I decided to ask the seller if he could change the colour. The seller responded quickly saying once he received the order he couldn't change the colour. He quickly refunded me. In the end I decided against purchasing roller blinds from ebay and went to a local shop. Seller was quick to correspond and no messing with the refund. Good seller.
