    Advertised as NEW OTHER - it arrived & it was apparent that this had been repackaged with some paperwork missing. I contacted manufacturer to register warranty only to be told it was NOT a new machine and was not covered by manufacturers warranty. The sale price was only £4.99 below the cost of the appliance direct from the manufacturer - which comes with a full warranty. I requested a return and refund, which was processed and the item was returned for a full refund. Good customer service.
