    Delayed dispatch & sent chainsaw with broken chain guard, totally dangerous to use and irresponsible. Arrived in pampers box? looks like the 'left overs' from previous returns.Not as his listing photo. Raised return request and ignored. Zero customer service as per his other negative feedbacks. Have to get ebay involved. This seller now blacklisted. I don't normally give poor feedback but this is deserved. No doubt he will attempt to mask the truth with some nonsense reply. My account is true.

    Why to leave such a dishonest feedback. You said you get delayed parcels to your address all the time. Here is your message "Unfortunately this has happened 5 times in the last 4 years, it seems there is a rogue post person on the isle of wight!". Regarding a defect, a return has been accepted. We were not aware of the defect. But we always accept returns if any issues.
