  Thank you for the prompt postage of the item. However, although I understand it is not the seller's fault, the Evri delivery driver squished the box which was very clearly too big to fit into my letterbox, into my letterbox, breaking the box completely. He finally gave up trying to fit it into the letterbox and left it half hanging out and banged on the door. So the gift I bought for my daughter's birthday now looks like it has been stepped on. I contacted Evri but they said goback to seller.

  Got sent wrong colour. They said I should return it. They sent me return address so I returned it 10 days ago & i sent them a copy of proof of postage. They have claimed that the item has not arrived so they cannot refund me. Quality of the garment was not good. Will not be buying again.
