On contacting seller, they offered immediate refund - said I would prefer another pedometer that worked - seller advised me to bin the faulty one (done), then put replacement with courier same day after testing it did work, arrived safely and works well. Cannot recommend this seller highly enough, really went the extra mile to resolve, and you can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended to all .
