    I'm disappointed that the key ring I received looked used and clearly hadn’t been checked before dispatch. I contacted the seller immediately on 21st May and was patient when told they were away until 3rd June. However, even after their return, I didn’t get a response until 7th June—17 days later—only to be told a replacement would be posted on the 9th. That’s just not good enough. This has been a poor experience overall, and I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.
