    Great experience. Ordered a slipcover for RH cloud tracks right arm module as that was the description on my receipt from RH Outlet. Slipcover arrived aday earlier than expected. When I tried to install realized it was the wrong one. I looked on the chair itself and saw it was a slope not track. Went back to seller who without question took back the original and as she had the one I needed sent the replacement out immediately. Would buy from her again without hesitation!!!
