    From order to delivery, then post delivery support, AJ Shutters were exceptional. Before I ordered I contacted them. They were very easy to deal with, answering all questions regarding my order. When I ordered they were very thorough, explaining the lead time and what was required of me regarding my specific requirements. The delivery came exactly when they said it would. I had a small issue with the motor which was solved by them sending an engineer to my home within 1 working day. Great Job

    Thanks for your bad review, to be fair you should have contacted us regarding delivery dates before purchasing as sometimes we experience very high volumes of orders. This order was cancelled before we could process the order and a full refund was given to the customer.

    Additional costs may occur depending on delivery location this is stated in our listing. As you were just short of 300 miles away it would be a roughly 600miles trip there and back unfortunately we had no choice but to apply additional charges.
