    The item arrived in unsealed packet and the leaves spilt out into the mailing pouch. Food / supplements for human consumption must be sold in a sealed packaging to be usable. I asked for a return. The seller ignored my message, I started a return via eBay. They ignored the relevant procedure until I asked ebay to step in and send a return label. The service is as bad as packaging. The seller is NOT helpful, polite or competent
