  This does not appear to be an authentic mouthpiece. On receipt, the box was torn and plastic was taped up. Please see the picture attached. Left and Center are authentic Yamaha trumpet mouthpieces. On the right is the mouthpiece I received. The different plastic sleeve was taped, not sealed, shank contours are different; lettering is different. The cup was the wrong size and the rim the wrong contour. I emailed Yamaha Corporate: their CS said this seller is not an authorized retailer. I settled.

  If I can only give this seller a zero star I would, the seller sent me a faked clarinet, the item was completely different from it’s description, I have contacted her and she said it’s an asian version, so I have the item assessed in the music store and they said it’s fake! I have contacted ebay and I need to return her fake item! Stay away from this seller
